Shores Amphoras has a myriad of restaurants and cafes offering a wide selection of cuisines and dining experiences to satisfy all tastes and moods.
The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (13:00-15:00) and dinner (19:00-22:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During breakfast water, tea and American coffee are served; during lunch and dinner soft drinks, beer and wine are served. Also at the disposal of the AI guests once per stay and with prior reservation is the A la carte restaurant Bella Vista. Snacks such as croissants & Danish (10:00-11:00), mini pizza (11:00-12:30) are available at the Cabana bar. Children can have one scoop of ice cream from 12:00-13:00 & 16:00-17:00. Tea time is from 16:00 till 17:00. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like red, rose and white wine and beer are served at the Cabana bar (09:00-til sunset), Palm bar (10:00-til sunset), Layalina (11:00-23:00) and Coco Loco disco (21:00-23:00, only beer).
Fresh juices, beverages in bottles, food or beverages orders after 23:00 as well as the lobby bar, the Splash bar (near the beach) and Panorama bar are available at a charge.
The property is a tranquil haven offering guests a peaceful and relaxing environment. It also offers exciting, action-packed facilities for all members of the family, and for those who are looking for some serious fun during their stay. Whether one takes advantage of one of six swimming pools, play a game of tennis or squash, or simply relax and unwind in the spa, the hotel has numerous facilities and services at clients disposal. Also the following recreational facilities and services are offered: beach volleyball & racket ball, aqua gym, water polo, gym, billiard room & table tennis, childrens corner and a diving centre.

The lounge is located in the ground floor, where some special facilities are available exclusively to the Emeralds Club clients: separate check-in & speedy check-out in the club lounge, five meal presentations and laundry (free of charge).
On entry into Egypt, guests must obtain a visitors visa at the port of entry; the fee is £14 (subject to change).
Room Facilities
The Shores Amphoras Hotel features 484 tastefully decorated twin and chalet family rooms with full en suite marble bathroom with a deep soaking tub, hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner and other toiletries (body lotion, shower gel, shower cap and soap bar), shoe shine, sewing kit, TV with international channels, mini bar, safe box, and leather folder with notepad and pen. All rooms have secluded terraces with views out over the sea, pool or gardens. Some views and amenities may incur supplement charge. The single room policy is 1 adult plus 1 child or 2 children in their own room.
In addition to the above, the family chalets can accommodate up to either 4 or 6 persons and include a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, one bathroom, a living area with a sofa bed that sleeps two persons, and private terrace. Cots, high chairs and extra beds are available on request at no additional charge.
