The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-11:00), lunch (13:00-15:00) and dinner (19:00-22:00), all buffet style, served in the Hybiscus restaurant. During meals all kind of drinks are offered. Also at the disposal of the AI guests are two A la Carte restaurants from 12:00-15:00 (Palapa Grill, Dolce Vita - Italian) and another seven from 19:00-22:00 (Albufera steak house, El Romantico - French, Antojitos - Mexican, Pavillion - Chinese, Al Rodizio - Brazilian, Sakura - Japanese, El Marino - seafood) / some with prior reservation. Snacks such as hot dogs, sandwiches, pizza, pasta, French fries, etc are available at the above restaurants. Locally & international produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like whiskey, brandy, soft drinks, mineral water, juices, coffee, etc are served at selected hours in all bars & restaurants.
