Dining: The Hotel is booked as All Inclusive accommodation. The All-Inclusive package includes unlimited meals, snacks and beverages throughout the day, a full open bar with premium brands, beach club, beach bar, daily activities program by the pool and beach area, 5 swimming pools, taxes and gratuities. The mini bar in each guest room is re-stocked each day. There are 11 restaurants, 9 bars and 1 disco. Guests enjoy unlimited reservations at the specialty restaurants (subject to availability). There is evening entertainment for both adults and children, including shows, live music and a mini disco for the little ones.
Activities: Five inviting pool areas and 10 public whirlpools, sun beds and umbrellas, man-made beach on a cove with crystal clear water and sparkling white sand, daily activities program, chaise lounges and umbrellas, towel service at pool and beach area, fitness room, solarium, paddle and 2 tennis courts, shuffleboard, mini golf, archery, Kid's Club with supervised activities (ages 4 to 12). Facilities with charge include the SPA services (beauty salon, massages, treatments), excursions to: Tulum, Xel Ha, Chichen Itza and nearby attractions, Golf course nearby.
Additional: 24-hour front desk, VIP check-in with Mayan welcome, services with charge such as currency exchange, telephone calls, laundry service, babysitting, 24 hour medical attention, wedding and honeymoon programs, business and meeting centre, tours and excursions, car and scooter rental. Room Facilities
The Occidental Grand Xcaret features 760 spacious guestrooms with stylish Mexican décor and room categories including Deluxe Double Rooms, Junior Suites, Gran Concierge Deluxe Rooms and Gran Romance Deluxe Rooms. Deluxe Rooms and Junior Suites include 2 double beds or 1 king bed, a stocked mini-fridge, safety deposit box, cable TV, and telephone. Each mini-fridge has water and soft drinks that are replenished every other day. Room amenities include air conditioning, private bathroom (shower, hair dryer), robe and slippers, alarm clock, iron and board, crib or extra bed on request, Wi-Fi Internet access (with additional charge).
Grand Concierge rooms include Concierge service, Wireless internet connection, fruit basket, bottle of wine, turn down service, 10% discount spa treatment, superior room amenities including a bath robe.
Grand Romance rooms include bottle of champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, one hour massage in room per couple, first morning breakfast in bed, romantic dinner, turn down service, 10% discount on spa treatment, surprise gift and special amenities for romantic occasions.
Guests staying in the Unlimited Xcaret Experience access rooms at the Occidental Grand Xcaret receive an exclusive All Inclusive bracelet at the hotel and unlimited access and multi-entrance all day long to Xcaret Park facilities as well as a private eco-tour, free access to the kid's activity 'archaeologist for one day' attraction, free room delivery of purchases from the park, and a reserved area at the Gram Tlachco theatre for the night show.
