  • Wednesday- Embarkation before lunch. Overnight in Luxor.
  • Thursday - am Cross to the West Bank, visit the Necropolis of Thebes, Valley of Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. pm free at leisure, sail to Edfu
  • Friday - am visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu, sail to Kom Ombo. pm visit the Temple shared by the two gods Sobek & Haroeris, sail to Aswan and overnight.
  • Saturday - am visit of the High Dam and the Temple of Philae. pm view of the Elephantine Island by Felucca (sailing boat) and view of the Agha Khan Mausoleum. Overnight in Aswan.
  • Sunday - am free at leisure. pm sail to Kom Ombo, view of Kom Ombo Temple, sail to Esna
  • Monday - am sail to Quena, overnight Quena
  • Tuesday - am sail to Luxor. pm visit the Temple of Karnak and the Temple of Luxor, overnight Luxor.
  • Wednesday - Disembarkation after breakfast

NB. This cruise can be booked with or without shore excursion tours (Excl.Tours or Incl.Tours). The shore excursions can be booked locally but pre-booking is recommended as it represents a significant saving. The Abu Simble excursion costs approximately £ 124.00 by plane or £75 .00 by road and can only be purchased locally. All Shore excursions are escorted by a professional Egyptologist English speaking guide.

Hotel Facilities

This cruise includes all of the shore excursion tours and sightseeing (Incl.Tours).

Facilities onboard the ship include a restaurant, piano bar, gift shop, rooftop swimming pool with terrace, and TV lounge.

Starting from May 1st 2009 this cruise will be non-smoking. Smoking will be allowed only on deck.

Room Facilities

Each of the luxurious cabins features mini-bar, air-conditioning, satellite TV, radio and 24hr room service. Single occupancy is available, cabins can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child.

Important note: Formal dress is required for dinner. No jeans, shorts, t-shirts and trainers are allowed in the dining room for dinner.
