Laurisilva Apartments
The Laurisilva Apartments are located in the tourist centre of Valle del Gran Rey in the Island of La Gomera, 500 metres away from a sand and volcanic rock beach. This is a pretty complex - ideal for a laid back, get away from it all, kind of holiday with comfortable budget accommodation. The facilities are good for a 2* complex and although the transfer distance is 4hrs, you get good value for money at Laurisilva.
Getting to the hotel: The total distance from the airport of Reina Sofia (TFS) is approximately 4 hours (the journey involves a ferry crossing from San Sebastian port to Los Cristianos and is included in the 4 hrs). See the note below.
Note: Clients booking accommodation on La Gomera MUST NOT arrive at Tenerife South Airport (Reina Sofia - TFS) after 17.00 hrs, they will not have time to get to Los Cristianos for the last ferry to the island. On the return, their flight to UK cannot be before 10.00 hrs otherwise they would have to leave La Gomera the night before and overnight in Tenerife. Clients are strongly advised to fly to Reina Sofia (TFS) airport only and not to Los Rodeos (TFN) as transfer distance and costs are much higher.
Hotel Facilities
Food, drink and entertainment: There is a poolside snack bar and a restaurant serving buffet style.
Sport, games and activities: There is a very large swimming pool, a fitness centre, tennis court (local charge), a pool table and table tennis.
For the kids: There is a children’s playground.
Additional: 24 hour reception, a showroom with medieval decoration, house-keeping and safety deposit boxes at the reception.

This complex has 108 spacious apartments. All have a fully equipped kitchen including a kettle and a fridge, a complete bathroom, satellite television (pay TV), a living area and there is a large terrace for some hot outdoor living.
