The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:30), lunch (13:00-15:30) and dinner (18:00-W:19:00, S: 22:30), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Late dinner takes place from 23:00-01:00. Snacks are available between 15:30-17:30. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like soft drinks, beer, wine (red, rose and white), ouzo, rum, whiskey, vodka, gin, juice, daily cocktail, coffee & tea are served from 19:00-24:00 at the OM Kholtoum bar.
Sport facilities at the hotel include table tennis, volleyball, boccia, darts, diving (first dive free in the pool or the sea), giant chess, canoe, wind surfing, paddle boat, snorkelling equipment and fitness room. All sports are subject to availability.
The Casa Mia A la Carte Italian restaurant, special menu (shrimps, lobster, imported & premium alcoholic drinks, fresh juices, espresso, cappuccino, Turkish coffee, etc), aqua centre & motorized water sports, bicycle, billiards, diving centre, tennis court, ATM, money exchange, beauty parlour and taxi & limousine service are available at a charge.
At guests disposal there is live music most nights of the week, folklore shows, karaoke, dancing and full weekly animation program including social and sports activities such as: beach volleyball, darts, baby foot, giant chess, ping pong, billiard, surf, canoe, pedal boat, dancing lesson and cooking lesson. Also there are two fresh water swimming pools, childrens pool is attached (beach level) and a small pool (reception level) heated during winter time. Towels, sun beds and umbrellas are free of charge.
Within the property the following can be found: two elevators, fitness room, shops (jeweler, papyrus, bazaar, perfume, African, book shop & hairdresser) and health centre. Additionally there is limousine taxi service, babysitting, doctor on call (24 hours), internet cafe, tattoo, room service and horse riding available.
On entry into Egypt, guests must obtain a visitors visa at the port of entry; the fee is £14 (subject to change).
