which is owned and operated by Hotels4U.com Limited, a member of the Thomas Cook
Group plc and whose registered address is The Thomas Cook Business Park, Coningsby
Road, Peterborough, PE3 8SB (registered under No. 04649696). By using, viewing,
transmitting, caching, storing or otherwise utilizing the Site, the services or
functions offered in or by the Site and/or the contents of the Site in any way,
you have agreed to each and all of the terms and conditions set forth below. If

2. Responsibility and Age
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the
legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement and to use this Site in accordance
with the terms and conditions herein. You agree:

with medhotels.com for the provision of all the services of the Site, including
the publication of pricing, availability and other information concerning available
hotel rooms (the "Services"), on the terms set out herein. Unless otherwise agreed
or specified, medhotels.com does not charge Users any fee for the provision of its
Services.
5. Content Disclaimer
The Content is intended for entertainment and information purposes only. While medhotels.com
together with third parties who supply information which is available on the Site
will make all reasonable efforts to verify that the information presented on medhotels.com
is accurate and current, medhotels.com makes no express or implied warranties about
the information, the services, or any other element of the Site. The views and opinions
expressed on medhotels.com are not necessarily those of medhotels.com. The provision

payment data if applicable) that you provide via this Site, together with information

Medhotels rates the hotels we feature on our website using Med Wings, Med Wings
ratings are determined solely by the opinions of the management of medhotels.com.
Their opinions are based on experience, knowledge and customer feedback. Where the
official rating of the hotel is known, this will be published in addition to our
own star rating and it will clearly state "Official Rating".
